Saw a horrible recommendation for a great gift for mom. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

This article got me thinking about trade offs. Usually at the end of the year I ask my students what they want to do with their lives. This is a little bit of thought and encouragement as you make those decisions.

We have done some mindfulness in class. I go through the basic breathing exercise here with you. Also try to connect it to our current situation.

I was just told I wont have anymore classes this year. Can we still find happiness without being in Econ class? I hope so.
