Just down the road from the Take On the World Studios is the City of Allentown, Pa.  Not a bad place to live, unless this psycho got his sights set on you.  He is known officially as the Lehigh Valleys' first serial killer, and one of the youngest serial killers in the United States.   This guy is the lowest form of scum and a true psycho.
