Renee Vaughan Sutherland is an artist, creative director and podcaster.

She's built a career from work on celluloid, video, installation and performance art. Her podcast "Greater than 11%" showcases brilliant women in the creative industry and is named after the mission to increase the number of women in the role of Creative Director to greater than 11% (and 3% for black women).

She's a creative that truly walks the talk, including her most recent pledge to raise £20k to give away in grants to creatives to commemorate the 20k downloads she's accumulated to date on her podcast.
