Get in the Elevator and talk about the limiting beliefs we may not realize exist in our worlds. From "life is difficult" to "I am bound to make mistakes" to "I'm too old to do that" to "I don't have enough time." That last one is the limiting self-talk I use too often. Instead, let's use our words and beliefs for positive, creative energy.   This season, let's spring forward and blossom by breaking the chains of our thoughts which then become how we feel, and ultimately how we behave.  Look up, and let's elevate.
