Take the Elevator

This episode breaks down how we take in information in different ways. There are people who prefer sensing and those who use intuition. We have a different perspective when we look at the same thing, and we trust our own perceptions. Our common ground though is that we perceive, period. We must acknowledge that there are many other ways of seeing the same object or situation. Open the doors and take a look... up and let's elevate!

We talk about all sorts of rides on this elevator... water slides, roller coasters, and yes - work! Why do we seek the rides that scare us, thrill us, apply pressure on certain body parts? Well, because some of us enjoy it. What about pressure at work? Why do we wait to yell out? Let's talk and learn from each other. This is just the beginning. Look up and let's elevate!

The is the last Monday of our second season. We intentionally reflect on the importance of taking the time to grow and blossom especially on your own.  It is then that we recognize our gifts and are able to enjoy the moments of dreaming. We look forward to our big dreams becoming reality and in the meantime, we respect the fact that there are reasons that we keep going anyway. We give life the time it needs to prepare for better things and our hearts the time it needs to grow through certain circumstances. Look up and let's elevate!

This elevator ride will talk about Juneteenth becoming a national holiday and really point out how much we need to learn. Taking the time to research especially when something is introduced so quickly, is key in our life journey. Let's continue to elevate by taking the initiative to inform ourselves and not always hurry to obtain just superficial information. Dig deep - lookup - and let's elevate!
