Fredrick Gillam is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, MHSP, LMFT) who started his ministry in the church to help those who need support, especially in the grief and loss space. His introduction into his professional field came as he and his wife were learning how to care for their son who was diagnosed with ADD. Leah and Fredrick discuss ways to introduce mental health in relationships, how to support others who may need it, and group counseling.

Take the time to find out the resources available to you and the college students you may know. Also, be patient with yourself during this time. As a student, it's already stressful to be in this type of environment.
