I had such a great therapist…she was patient with me even when i didnt wanna be patient 😅 and shes actually really funny too!

I think therapy works best when you can be honest and you feel comfortable doing so..

Its funny how the last episode i uploaded was recorded before Halloween && i was feeling iffy about “the boy from high school”… and how months later i was still tryna find reasons to “give him a chance” but im done wasting my time there…

There are things that will make me feel triggered but i have been doing pretty good at not dwelling on those emotions lol

I have been discharged from therapy (i think its only been 2 weeks) so i am going to focus on editing the sessions i do have and reflecting where i was then and tryna compare where i am now..

This transparent Tuesday actually took place about a month ago, i started recording these sessions because, these are raw emotions im sure other people go through but also i like to see how my mood changes from the day to day. I want to start by saying my mom is not a bad person at all… like by no means she is just not an emotional person and some people are fine with that…but long story short ima “always need my mother” so it just is what it is sometimes we bump heads so i try to stay out the way…
