I could tell something was on my mind but i dont remember exactly what it was, at first i thought it was because i got denied for a job but then i think it might have been something that happened with “my best-friend”…. I still dont know what it was but what are the damn odds that this episode is with “my best-friend”…

I have at least 3 more hours of audio to go through but i honestly dont know if its even worth it…

I have talked about this friend in other episodes (apparently more than enough 🙄) clearly i keep allowing him to play games but its getting old we’re getting old 🤧 he old enough to be a grandpa 👴🏽🤣🤣😭😭😭

Anyways i’ll always have love for him but 🤷🏽‍♀️ i guess sometime we outgrow shit…

My therapist was right i was hoping he would change bc talking to new people is hard and ive known him for so long so i already know what bullshit to expect but, this shit, in this episode - was like no other shit…

Its him finally “being honest” after all this…if it wasnt for me editing this probably would’ve have started fucking him again 🥴 i cant believe how fucking delulu i was over him… 🙄🙄🙄

You gotta listen to the whole thing bc he pretty much say hes ready to settle down but he wants an open relationship…🤔🤔😭😭

I can appreciate the honesty im finally getting but after last night i agree with him…

Im jot really sure what was going on in this episode. It could have been something that happened with my best friend or….maybe it was because i didnt get a job that i already knew I was gonna get denied for…i think thats why i got back in the mood of f#!% it…

I had such a great therapist…she was patient with me even when i didnt wanna be patient 😅 and shes actually really funny too!

I think therapy works best when you can be honest and you feel comfortable doing so..

Its funny how the last episode i uploaded was recorded before Halloween && i was feeling iffy about “the boy from high school”… and how months later i was still tryna find reasons to “give him a chance” but im done wasting my time there…

Anywho outside of him then and now im usually in a good mood…

There are things that will make me feel triggered but i have been doing pretty good at not dwelling on those emotions lol

I have been discharged from therapy (i think its only been 2 weeks) so i am going to focus on editing the sessions i do have and reflecting where i was then and tryna compare where i am now..

This transparent Tuesday actually took place about a month ago, i started recording these sessions because, these are raw emotions im sure other people go through but also i like to see how my mood changes from the day to day.
