Chelle was my favorite as she was a sweetheart but has a huge TX backbone

This is one of my favorite series by Ruth Cardello and this was so worth a credit. Although this is book 3 you could read/listen and not be lost without reading the other two. Do yourself a favor though and read the whole series you won't regret it. They are awesome books and have everything you need. Love, laughter and just enough drama to get you fussing at your phone while you are listening to said book.

Nice Surprise

I was pleasantly surprised by this. I loved it and would recommend, but like some of the other audiobooks, I yearned for a male voice.

life changing love story.

Country girl falls for player senator...Mason and Chelle were a great couple. I love the fact that he wanted to stay engaged. Great cast of characthers...nice read if you like happy romance.

good read!

I'm new to audio books but this narration was better than the first two in the series. I still struggle with some of the accents. But enjoyed it. Mason is a stubborn guy and h is thinking is definitely a challenge, but he is so also brave. Long book but good.

Emotionally-charged read!

My Musings

Wow! I really enjoyed this book. The characters are great, especially Chelle. It took me some time to warm up to Mason because he is such a playboy in the true sense of the word, but part of me found him intriguing from the start. By the end of the book, I loved him, and I was so glad to see this couple get their HEA.

I listened to the audio, and the narrator did an excellent job with the different characters giving them their own distinct voice. She reads with a great deal of emotion without going too far. I'll definitely look for other books performed by her.

If you like an emotionally-charged read where the hero is greatly flawed, then you will enjoy Taken Home as much as I did.
