Takeout drinks are back for New York bars and restaurants
This week the 14850 Dining Report explores the new law in New York State that allows restaurants and bars to sell takeout drinks once again. Governor Kathy Hochul said last weekend that "To-go drinks were a critical revenue stream for New York's bars and restaurants during the COVID-19 pandemic, helping many small businesses across the state pay their rent or mortgages."
