David Busch expects the Fed to pause rate cuts today and take a “wait and see” approach from here. Turning to Mag 7 earnings with Meta Platforms (META) and Tesla (TSLA) after the bell, he sees headline risk. Overall, he’s taking a barbell approach to his portfolio, looking at the big tech trade as well as small and mid caps, the latter of which he thinks will benefit on multiple fronts.
