It has been far too long since I have last recorded a podcast episode. Over these past couple of months, I have done a lot of reflection, not only this podcast, but my journey within recovery and growth. I learned that it’s okay to deal with burn out in a lack of motivation. I also learned that it’s normal and even healthy to take a break from doing the things you love and for me that was recording weekly podcast episodes. Sometimes recharging your battery may take longer than you think but making your mental health a priority is the most important thing you can do.
