You might be trying to figure out what I mean in this weeks episode caption? Today on the podcast I talk about what it’s like to be a teenager who is struggling finding what makes them happy. There is so much pressure from the media and society to be the perfect “teenager”. From someone who is sporty, to popular and attends parties, there’s so much pressure on us to be perfect all the time and it is also said that our teenage years are the “best years of our lives”, and that we “shouldn’t waste a single moment”, well, I’m here to tell you that that isn’t true. We are all unique/different, and find happiness in our own ways. Just because I like to spend my Friday nights drinking warm tea and reading a book instead of partying, doesn’t mean im any less of a teenager!
