In this episode, Terry Sweat talks about a recent deal that he did with a seller who wouldn't budge off their price. He was concerned that there wouldn't be much opportunity, but he decided to take a swing on the deal. He had eighteen cash buyers look at the property and two offered much more than he expected and turned what he didn't think would be an opportunity into a good assignment. As Terry says, "Sometimes, you just have to take a swing and see what happens."
