It helps to get quiet and meditative in order to connect with Divine Flow. Our world keeps us so busy that we need to take time out to meditate and connect with Natural Rhythms in order to reset, listen for guidance or receive divine inspiration.

 

But do you ever experience a disconnect when it’s time to move from the connected meditative flow state into action? Like you have to enter the “real world” to get things done?

 

It’s difficult to stay in flow state for very long once you get up and get moving. But the “flow” is moving. It is in action and it can carry you.

 

This is the focus of this week’s Meditation & Healing Circle. We explore maintaining the focal point as we move into inspired action.
