I am a Mother of an 18 year old son who is creative, intelligent and managing school life with ADD, who is graduating high school this year and heading off to Purdue in the fall.
I am a mommy to a loving five year old daughter, who is a very active and spirited kindergartener. I can’t wait to see all the fun things ahead.
I am a reforming anxiously attached wife married to an amazing woman, who is my soul mate and my best friend.
I am human with depression and anxiety, I am someone who has used life coaching and therapy to no longer let those labels define me.
My goal in life is to thrive AND repair while always staying rooted in my desires to live the best life imaginable for myself.
Before I learned about my brain, my thought patterns, processing emotions, and life coaching skills, I spent my life trying to be who the world wanted me to be, who my family wanted me to be. I spent my life saying yes when I wanted to say no, spent my life working for and trying to earn my “good enough” certificate. Yet, I never felt good enough. I spent my life fighting depression and anxiety, codepency which later I found out was more anxious attachment. I spent my life trying to please others, be perfect and then wonder why I wasn’t happy. I was never “happy”. I took everything personally and I tried to control other people.
Now, I use life coaching strategies and concepts to live the life I want to live, have the relationship I want and be the mom I want to be and to go after big scary goals.
Am I perfect, no, do I still make mistakes absolutely but I know how to show up for myself and my family in these moments. I know how to talk back to my brain when it wants to beat me up and be an asshole to me. I know my self worth. I know my depression cycle, I know how to calm my anxieties, I know how to soothe my anxious attachment, I know how to rewire my brain so that I can show up as the person I want to be in this world, and I want to help you be who you want to be to.
Now I teach women what I learned so that they don’t have to go figure it out themselves. I teach women about their depression cycle, their anxious thoughts, how to process their emotions, how to handle and soothe their anxious attachment, how to stop taking things personal, how to let go of control because it is really an illusion, I help women be present in their lives and make their lives what they really want it to be. I help lighten their mental and emotional load.
I am creating this podcast for every day women, to talk about all the big things and the small things that come to us in this life and how as a Life Coach I show up to them. I will teach you the life coaching concepts that have changed my life and help you transform your life. You can absolutely do this work by yourself.
