In today’s very special episode I have two amazing women joining me. Amy Lenius and Sherysse Morris are hosts and creators of the Evolution of Mom Podcast. Their mission is to bring women together using a holistic and practical approach. Both are mamas but their roles are different, which I find is a true asset to their platform and their message. Amy is a SAHM who homeschool’s her boys, where Sherysse is a single mom who works full-time.

One the things I find absolutely beautiful about their message and you’ll see that in this episode, is that through their different personal situations currently, as well as their past traumas, they’re able to uncover and reveal the commonalities of struggles that ALL women are dealing with, regardless of their job or relationship status. Chatting with these ladies inspired me in multiple ways and we all agreed, the conversation left our buckets overflowing.

On a personal level, I loved the experience of raising each other up instead of competing against each other. Their message, though similar to mine, is still unique to them. They live their lives, embody and project their own message of, “When one rises, we all rise.” I hope you enjoy listening to this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it and that in the end, you feel as lifted up as I did.
