In honor of the Army-Navy game on December 8th in Philadelphia, Chellie talks with Liberty USO CEO, Joe Brooks about the new USO lounge at PHL. This less than a year old 4,600-square-foot facility has a full restaurant-style kitchen, men's and women's bunk-rooms, a family playroom, theater-style seats, showers and is staffed by Liberty USO volunteers. It’s a place for service members and their families to escape the stress of traveling and to decompress.

In this episode, Chellie is joined by Nicole Maddox, who oversees airport operations at PHL’s International Terminal, A-West. Nicole shared the many components that go into make every international flight takeoff and landing a success, and result in creating a positive experience for passengers.
