Accountability comes with all sorts of negative connotations but it is about so much more than taking responsibility for things that go wrong. It refers to completely taking ownership of the circumstances of your life and understanding that you are responsible for your relationships, reactions, choices, actions, communication and attitude.

In today's episode I talk about the different areas of our lives where this can be relevant and how we can take action to create accountability and improve our chances of achieving our goals and have peaceful relationships.

Accountability requires confidence in yourself. Confidence is key. We not only need to be confident in ourselves but we need others to know we are confident in them to ensure they too can be equally accountable.
