About Aaron Morrison:
"Over 70% of Americans are unhappy in their careers and only 27% are working in the fields for which they earned a degree. Less than 10% of people who buy a book or a course complete it, and of those that do, only a handful apply the information to create lasting change. There’s a problem here.
The greatest regret people have at the end of their lives is not following their dreams. It’s not the mistakes we make that we regret, it’s the risks we didn’t take, the music we didn’t create, the living we didn’t do. That’s a tragedy to me. Tony Robbins says that the 2 greatest fears in life are of not being good enough and not being loved. Those fears keep us from doing the things we want to do, and make us settle for less than we deserve.
I help Entrepreneurs stuck in the 6-Figures break the chains of fear and doubt, and gain the clarity they need to answer the burning question I once asked myself: Scale or Bail? You’re successful, but feeling trapped and miserable; where do you go from here?
Utilizing a 5-Step Framework for Success and multiple coaching and therapeutic modalities according to the needs of my client, we work together to create clarity around desired outcomes and to systematically strip away the limiting thinking that’s preventing their achievement. They come to understand that it’s not the "problem" that’s the problem -- it’s how they’re thinking about the problem.
My background in construction saw me leading a renovation division of over 100 men, engaged daily in project management, sales & negotiation, conflict resolution, creating standard procedures and writing the firm’s technical operations manual as well as leading industry change that resulted in manufacturers modifying installation manuals according to my innovations.
As an entrepreneur in the same industry I generated mid-six figure revenues working part time with my own highly trained team of specialists. At the end of the day however, I knew there was more. I wasn’t maxing out my full potential. And I didn’t want my legacy to be a remodeling company; I wanted to have a bigger, more meaningful impact on people’s lives.
To that end, my mission statement is to create abundance on a scale that touches every life on the planet and to raise the baseline of the human experience. I accomplish that by helping entrepreneurs to fill their cup to overflowing, because I know once they do they will pour into others. It’s the natural evolution of things. If you don’t believe me, it’s only because you’re not full enough, yet. I can help you change that."
