Jeremy's life has been an epic journey of twist and turns, self-inflicted drama, negative stories, and powerful triumphs. He pretended to be someone he wasn’t, hating himself for it, and drowning in his potential in booze, women, and fights. Until he decided to stop wasting his life away and take charge of his destiny.

Staring at himself in the mirror he change his life forever. He took responsibility for his life, his actions, and accepted that he had become something he never thought he would be. Jeremy ditched his previous life of excuses and booze-filled mishaps for a life of encouragement and fulfillment.

He now is a father to an energetic boy, a weekend warrior and a world-class coach. His goal is to empower men & women to become alphas in their home and career. February 8th, 2010 was the genesis of the Refined Alpha. He began a journey of self-development, self- improvement, and refinement.

Today he has a beautiful wife, son, another human on the way, and a life of happiness. That’s not to say there aren’t bumps along the way, its that he learned to navigate them with peace and steadiness. He lives the embodiment of the Refined Alpha and you can too.
