Jolanta's journey to becoming a NDTR was put on hold due to Covid. However, the pause Covid caused in her life did not slow her down. In the extra time Jolanta became very active on social media creating carbediemnutrition and finding a community of NDTRs online. She recently was able to land two jobs.  She is now working in school nutrition and as a dietary assistant at an eating disorders clinic.  Jolanta, is keeping her end goals in mind:  moving up to a managerial position at her food service  job and becoming a dietitian in the future. Full of ambition and a passion to explain nutrition in an easy way to understand, Jolanta is a NDTR to follow
