I’m so happy and excited to welcome you to the first episode of the podcast! To kick things off, our very first topic is going to be how to live a courageous life. I’ve found that as women it can be hard for us to take up space in the world. We hesitate to go after those big dreams, and we don’t always allow ourselves to flourish. I don’t know about you, but this doesn’t sit right with me, and I want to live my life as an example for you to see what happens when you put those fears aside and just go for it! What’s holding you back? Today, I want you to start by feeling inspired and empowered by hearing my story and focusing on how you can implement the steps I took into your own life. I’m going to share with you not only how I changed my life, but why I did it.
