Today... the age-old discussion. Talent vs hard-work.

We start with discussing both talent and hard work, and what those phrases bring to mind, and how (4:30) those who mix both talent and hard work, reap most of the rewards in society.

We move on to discuss how hard work (11:40) cannot be replaced. Talent is the 'abstract', hard work is the 'concrete'. The day-to-day action it will take to get to where we want to be. 

Hard work is hard (13:40) so you need a reason to work and commit yourself every day. Ultimately we cannot be (16:20) a tyrant - but we must move forward with hard work, to discover our talents.
