Mil Nicholson, in addition to her many recordings for Audible.com, has recently finished performing her eighth novel by Charles Dickens for the free site Librivox.org (over 300,000 downloads to date.) Her range of voices includes both male and female, of all ages, specializing in the accents of the British Isles. She has been acclaimed for her rendering of the many voices in Dickens, and for breathing life into his often long monologues. She also narrated the life of J.R.R. Tolkien on the Special Edition DVD of “Lord of the Rings”. Mil lives with her partner Gary Bullock, in the quiet mountains of North Carolina.
