Ah Nintendo, a company that’s a staple of our childhood. More surprisingly, they have a huge influence on what we play even to this day. In these trying times, let’s look into the hit games like Pokemon Go! that got us going outside all of 2016 and where it is now. Or the hit games like Animal Crossing (specifically New Horizon) that helped us stay indoors this rough year of 2020. Edit: This episode was recorded on Wednesday, June 24th, a DAY BEFORE THEY ANNOUNCED NEW STUFF FOR ANIMAL CROSSING. So keep that in mind.
Well now’s the time! PS5 has been announced and we’re going to talk about the games that are coming with it! Will we buy a PS5? What games are we ultimately looking forward to? DID THEY ANNOUNCE JADE COCOON 3?! (They did not). Tune in and find out!
The first in our series of “Lore Dump”, we’re going to be talking about the overall story of the Artemis Fowl series. The name of the game? One of the members is the self proclaimed expert and the other members either know of it or know a fair amount. Or even nothing! So come on and let’s learn some lore!
First note: Black Lives Matter. Just needed to get that out there. Second note: Games have always been a large part of our childhoods, so why don’t we discuss what games made us into who we are today? Whether they were obscure as hell or well known, triple A or bargain bin, these are the games that stuck in our minds. Fair warning in advance, there's no opening and ending theme. I forgot to grab the files from my main computer. But good news! I fixed the audio problems from last time!
The pilot episode for Tales from the Hub World. Join the crew as we talk about our top five favorite games of all time! Or at least the top five for the time being. Disclaimer: We’re idiots and it’s our opinions. This isn’t a debate or meant to insult anyone in any way. Also we’re idiots.
