We absorb a lot of bad things, a lot of sad things, a lot of painful things and yet we tell ourselves that life goes on without dealing with them. Yeah...that needs to stop.

It's that time of the year where people struggle with their new year plans and what not. This episode is a hack to navigating this.

We are tired of SARS, we are tired of Police Brutality in Nigeria and we are finally asking for better. If you get tired, remember why we started this. Rest and then continue, because #SarsMustEnd. Remember the ones we've lost. The nation failed them. We will not.

A lot of times, we find ourselves caught in the vicious cycle of being constantly on the move, not resting when we need to, and then eventually burning out. If you don't understand that you need to rest, you should listen to this.
