Medea is one the most well-known Sorcerouess in Greek Mythology, she was a Queen until her Husband Jason, for who she sacrificed her family and home, got exiled and left her in favor of another woman. Many can tell the story of how Medea and how terrorized Jason by going on a murder spree, but the lesson that we can take away from Medea is what happens when we deny ourselves worth for the sake of someone else's validation.      Persephone is the Queen of the Underworld, but it is only for a portion of the year. The rest of her time is spent in the fields as a child along with her mother Demeter.      Hera is the Queen of the Gods and is most notoriously known throughout Greek Mythology for plotting revenge on any woman that finds themself in bed with Zeus, Hera's husband. As a Queen, Hera Must appear strong in order to keep her dominance among the other Gods but as a wife, she shows the fears and feeling that anyone can feel if their partner betrays their love. Persephone was taken from her mother and her childhood to be the queen of the Underworld alongside her husband Hades, in which she had no choice in the matter. Her story represents the scary and hard struggles of growing up, as we always look back at the "Good'lil days," with no worries and responsibilities. But when we are old enough to go out in the real world, it can sometimes feel like the underworld, new, scary and confusing.
