Shark Fin Soup is a traditional soup that is part of Chinese cuisine. The shark fins provide texture and then the taste comes from the other soup ingredients. It is most commonly served at special occasions such as weddings and banquets, or as a luxury item. In this podcast, I talk about it more.

We visited a place called Bodnant Garden. It is a stunning piece of 80 acre land situated in Northern Wales UK. It contains so many species of plants from all over the globe, some collected more than a century ago on expeditions. This is a audio reading for those who prefer it to reading.
Enjoy!

(Made for those who prefer to listen to things instead of reading them.)
I made these when lockdown rules had just been updated in the UK. It meant from then on, we could have 6 people in our garden. Having people round for association means a perfect opportunity to get baking! Shout out to Delicious Table who gave me this idea with their recipe.
