  • Do You Understand Intimacy? #VDay
Do you know how to be intimate?  A lot of us don't know how.Intimacy is a deep understanding of something.  A closeness.  A lot of people are married or dating, yet not all of them are intimate with their mate.  Well, maybe physically intimate, but there's so much more to it than that.To be intimate with a mate is to share a synergy with them that outsiders could never understand.  It's probably one of the most important components of a successful relationship, yet so few of us these days know how to do it.So many couples (especially black couples) think that "putting it down" in the bedroom is the only requirement to keep a mate's heart.  That's until the next person puts it down just as good, if not better than them.  There's more to "locking down" your mate than that.On tonight's show, we'll dive deeper into what makes a relationship stick.  We'll talk about why some seemingly happy relationships get broken up by a 3rd party because of a lack of intimacy.  We'll also ask the question, "how do you teach intimacy?"These things and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show!  "No experts.  Just opinions."Show No. 674 of 750.Scheduled for 60-75 mins.www.Talk2Q.com

  • T2Q Welcomes Shae Primus!
I'm joined by the Atlanta matchmaker to discuss black women and dating.Shae Primus is a certified matchmaker and dating coach at Middle Class Matchmaker.  I recently came across something that was posted in a group about her opinion on black women and dating.  The post stated that black women need to stop excluding options when it comes to love. And that exclusion includes men who may experienced same-sex relationships. We've had the discussion before on the show and many women have stated that they would not give a man a chance to date them if he's had same-sex relationships in the past.  Shae believes that women should dig deeper to find out if those tendencies are truly a thing of that guy's past or not before writing him off.She also mentioned not having a car, making enough money, or having too many children shouldn't be a deterrent either.  Doing so could have you missing out on a blessing like a Barrack Obama or Denzel Washington.  Michelle and Pauletta invested in their men and they've been winning ever since.I'll ask Shae about how she got started in her career and what her goal is ultimately.  Then we'll get into some of her thoughts on what black women can do to enhance their opportunities at finding love. All of these things and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show!  "No experts.  Just opinions."Show No. 670 of 750.Scheduled for 90 mins.www.Talk2Q.com
