So, a couple of more unarmed black men are approached for something petty and ultimately gunned down at the hands of cops.  For some reason, people think that if you're pro-black that you're anti-white or anti-cop.  That's just stupid.  Just because you want to stop breast cancer doesn't mean that you're all for cervical cancer.The media and the police department need to be reprogrammed on how to do their jobs.  Do black people need a re-education on some things, too?  Probably.  But, whenever there's a disconnect between two entities, the one in authority (usually the oppressor) needs to be checked first.Tonight, I'll open the floor to the callers to discuss the past week of gun violence across the country.  That and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show!  "No experts.  Just opinions."Show No. 614Scheduled for 90 mins.www.Talk2Q.com

In Austin, TX, a valedictorian made a stunning admission that has rubbed very many people the wrong way.  Mayte Lara, a 17 year old, 4.5 GPA student with a free ride to Univ. of Texas, revealed that she's undocumented in a tweet.  She said that she did so to show that you can succeed regardless of barriers, but now people are up in arms over the situation.She has since deleted her Twitter account after stating that she didn't anticipate the backlash that she's received.Should she be deported?Should her scholarship be revoked?Or should we just say, "you got me" and allow her to live the American dream?The march on Washington was over 50 years ago.  So much progress has been made towards equality since then.  At what point is Affirmative Action not needed?  How close to the end of AA are we or will we always need it?These things and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show!  "No experts.  Just opinions."Show No. 609Scheduled for 60 mins.www.Talk2Q.com
