Re-entry of persons that have been convicted of a crime is not a thought that runs across many of our minds. And you may think if it is not in your home it is not your problen, HELLO, Wake up it is.  

It is a taxpayer problem and it is a very costly one.  The budget for the incarceration program in every state takes up a majority of it budget. And  these dollars are non-productive dollars.
