Relationships in 2012 are difficult, and now with the rate of single parent families growing what do we do.  

I still have a need for adult companionship but I have kids and their father or mother to deal with also.

There is a lot of chatter today about racial injustice but how do we change this this perceived injustice and make it a reality of systemic change not in just Sanford Flordia but is all the communites of the country.

Trayvon Martin the young man that was shoot in Flordia by a neighborhood watch patrolman has brought voilent crimes of a racial nature back into the headlines.  But my question is which one is more important racial crimes o black or black r violent crimes?  the under education of the black community? the over incarceration of african americans? the displaced economic development of our communities?  If Trayvon Martin can shake a nation because of a senseless shooting, why not rock a nation because of the other just as important issus?  Today we will  talk about this.  Voice your View 347-945-5229

Forty-two percent of black adults have never been married, compared with 26 percent of all American adults. 

Black women ages 35 to 44 are the only group of American women of child-bearing age with lower rates of marriage than men of the same race or ethnicity.   By their early 40s, 31 percent of black women have never been married.

Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan addressed an estimated 600 students at UC Berkeley last Saturday, and told Black students not to befriend any Jew without first reading "The Secret Relationship Between Blacks and Jews," a book whose thesis is that "the Jews" were behind the black slave trade. Heck of a way to start up a friendship!

 

The op-ed shocked many. We were encouraged to launch the American Anti-Slavery Group (AASG) which would document a modern day slave trade around the globe, but would focus on Sudan and Mauritania as the worst case of slavery, and the most controversial, and therefore least likely to be covered by others.
