Using the IBM HR Analytics Employee Attrition & Performance dataset from Kaggle, I did a check on learning with Hypothesis Testing to retain and practice the concepts.
Using Python, Numpy, and Pandas, I explored applying this method to the IBM dataset in order to challenge Job Satisfaction vs Longevity. I have always assumed that if an employee is with a company for an extended period of time they are satisfied with the company.
