Alana and i chat after our visit out west to meet with Tony Toast n Beanz.
A lifetime of hours condensed into three. just never enough time. Alan quotes 6 instances to drive a tiny mind over the edge, no surprises Tony used anything to close the door on the demons.

Validation, remembrance, talk is indeed cheap .
My only hope is that Tony has found an offload today where he can excel further now some or even a little bit space has been cleared in his mind. great guy fantastic chat. one to watch as this man is on a mission. session 3 i think we agreed the 12 steps could have been done in 3...

I knew Tony was a spiritual guy, that we all get from his tiktoks. but to see his spirit animals the squirrel on the way into his house while delivering him a box of shortbread with a purple Stag on it just made the whole experience somewhat more special. Tony is indeed a special young man who I've no doubt will help many who cross his path in life. great chat.

Road trip for Alan and I through to Glasgow to meet with another chap Tony Donachy aka Tony Toast n Beanz. A bit about Tony and his life story while we shoot the proverbial over a cup of tea Can this boy make a tea by the way, And it comes in a proper man cup. Sha -hoor-seer!
