With the new year comes new plans and resolutions. Most of us start the year with great expectations and hope, we always have a lot of plans but the question is; what happens to these plans during the course of the year? Why do we often deviate from these plans and goals? Why do we forget our plans every year? Why do we go back to the regular way we used to do things? What exactly is the problem? In this episode, I try to make us see ways we can achieve our goals for 2022. It’s not enough for us to say, we must also do that which we have said, words without any well thought out plan or action are just words, it doesn’t change anything. My hope is that this episode will help to set the tone for 2022 and our year becomes better. Cheers to 2022! May it be a great year and may we reach our goals.

The situation in the country is quite alarming and an issue of concern. This episode I decided to vent coz one needs to actually sit and decide which way we are going as a nation and what this nation is becoming. I would love your input and suggestions on what you think we can do as a nation and as citizens.

This week I address one of the most asked questions “How are you” We all get asked this question at least once a day and most times we don’t answer truthfully coz it’s not always easy to bare our hearts. We need to learn how to answer this question sincerely and say how we truly feel. Even if you won’t tell it to everyone, you should at least have a person which you would answer this question truthfully to. We all need our own tribe, people we can talk to instead of bottling up our feelings. Also when we ask others how they are doing we should be more intentional with actually knowing how they are doing.

May we all be better friends and also do better with expressing our emotions. I would also want us to know that expressing your emotions doesn’t make you weak rather it makes you stronger.
