Tbh, I feel like I use reading to calm my brain and mind down from wandering. Books are my source to Relax Your Mind Before Final Exams

Since my reading has skyrocketed haha. I find that reading helps to calm my mind and focus my thoughts. It's my go-to activity for relaxation, especially when preparing for finals. Lately, I've been reading more than ever before
