Dale is a payments industry veteran and freelance journalist specializing in emerging financial technologies. She is Currently Managing Director of DSL Direct a payments industry consultancy focused on content development and marketing strategy. On top of that Dale is a prolific writer, Senior Staff Writer for the Green Sheet and Contributor to the DailyFunder.

Najla is a Senior Engineering Manager at Etsy where she focuses on overseeing squads focused on improving buyer and sellers experiences for onsite advertising. Her career path has always included roles in engineering/product or program management
