October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and in observance of that, we talk with Dr. Rachel Taylor from The Breast Center at UAMS about self examination, annual screenings, warning signs, and treatment. We also discuss the new screening methods available as well as the UAMS MammoVan mobile mammography unit that travels to more rural areas of Arkansas to offer easier access for scans and exams.
