Depuis la création du groupe Tue-Loup il y a une vingtaine d'années jusqu'à ses plus récents opus en solo, les compositions de Xavier Plumas, qu'elles penchent côté folk ou côté rock, en plus d'une résilience remarquable, ont toujours balancé entre une écriture près de l'os et de ses racines, et un appel du large comme lame de fond ... Résultat : une amplitude unique ... Et un artiste sans ostentation, à écouter ici.

From the creation of the band Tue-Loup some twenty years ago to his most recent solo opus, Xavier Plumas' compositions, whether they lean towards folk or rock, in addition to a remarkable resilience, have always swung between a writing close to the bone and its roots, and a call from the open sea as a groundswell ... Result : a unique amplitude ...  And an artist without ostentation, to be listened to here.
