It's a love hate relationship. There's a password for your email, password for this web site and that web site, a password for my bank, password for my cable bill, you get the idea. We all have a lot of passwords. Keeping track of all of these passwords is a full time job. I've tried a lot of different ways to manage my passwords. One the deciding factors of why I do it the way I do is cost. I don't want to spend money to manage my passwords unless I have to.

All computers should have anti-virus software installed. Your business depends on your computers. Defend your computers from viruses and malware. Are free ant-virus and malware programs safe? The answer is, it depends. This episdoe covers the pros and cons of free anti-virus software.

Spring Cleaning your PC digitally. Once a year evaluate your PC. Clean out temporary files. Uninstall programs that you no longer need. Organize your files. Scan for viruses and malware. Defrag your computer. Create folders for your email and bookmarks. Update your anti-virus and malware.

Spring is the perfect time to clean out all of the dust bunnies that are hibernating in your computer.

Before you clean your PC hardware, keep these general tips in mind:

Shut down the computer

Remove the battery (if applicable)

Unplug the power cable

Ground yourself

Do NOT Spray anything directly onto the computer.

Never use cleansing agents like window cleaners, soap solutions etc. on screens.

Do not use Tissue paper, newspaper or paper towels
