Happy New Year!! It's finally 2021, nothing magically changed overnight, but still happy to be here. And we are so happy to be back recording! Our breaks are never scheduled (we'll work on that), but life got crazy. As most of 2020 was for a lot of us. 

In this episode we have a little story time about how I had Covid. As well as, catching up on other craziness like car accidents and hearing aids; all with a dose of humor.

I ended up having a complete change of heart when it was time to really buckle down and take my ballot seriously. It was not an easy decision, change is rarely easy, but it was a necessary one.

This year, it's more important than ever to vote and let your voice be heard. It doesn't matter how you vote, as long as you are well informed when making your decision and you're not choosing based on emotion. If you don't care to vote at the federal level, at least vote at the local level and make change were it will most directly affect you and your neighbors.

Hey y'all! As you can tell by the title, this episode is about SEX! But, not in a raunchy way :). We're talking about normalizing the conversations around it. Normalizing the topic of SEX itself. Why is sex considered bad? Why is sex considered taboo? Why are female and male genitalia considered vulgar to name or discuss? Why are we so "mums the word" when it comes to properly educating our youth about SEX and their bodies?

Mom and I are going to explore these questions over 3 episodes in our usual style of self-expression with some factual information thrown in there.
