Talk That Talk

I found out my flights got cancelled my plan for the next 6 months has gone to shit everything I did to make it happen was useless and I am pretty much feeling empty right now. I‘m Catherine y tú ?

This is a voice memo I made a month back for myself to collect my thoughts and find a solution/figure sth out, hope you enjoy.

I talk about carving out space for my mental health, locking into our goals and making them happen, believing in oneself and more. Hope you enjoy.

I literally am a mess right now and I needed to vent so I thought I’d share this with you. I don’t enjoy being this vulnerable it scares the shit out of me, but I know some might benefit from this so here you go. I’m a mess right now and it’s totally ok.
