A transgender woman has been found guilty of raping two women when she was a man. Isla Bryson, from Clydebank, West Dunbartonshire, committed the crimes before she transitioned to female and when she was known by the “dead name” Adam Graham. A six-day trial at the High Court in Glasgow heard Bryson raped two women: one in Clydebank in 2016 and one in Drumchapel, Glasgow, in 2019.
An asylum-seeker who stabbed a young man to death in a row over an e-scooter has previously been convicted of murder in Serbia, it can be revealed. Lawangeen Abdulrahimzai was sentenced to a 20-year prison sentence in his absence following a trial over the killing in Serbia, a preliminary hearing for the UK court case heard. And he had also been convicted of drug-dealing in Italy and given a non-custodial sentence after pleading guilty, the court heard.
He is now said to be in discussions about how to force a retraction, or even an apology, from Ms Giuffre, which could pave the way for a return to royal duties. Royal expert Angela Levin says that Prince Andrew is just trying to get "his HRH titles back".
