This week I am recovering from the 3-day hangover of a lifetime, feeling needy and a little low on self-confidence. Cue, the dating apps. If you have seen that tik tok where the audio is "oh no, oh no, oh NO NO NO NO". That is exactly the soundtrack to my dating efforts this week. So the deal is, I'm to stop swiping, eat some salad and stop feeling sorry for myself - STAT. 

This week is all about blowing YOUR own trumpet and knowing that is safe to be able to be vulnerable and open. The only opinion of you that matters, is your own. EVERYONE deserves to have a voice and be able to speak their truth and celebrate how far you have come. Lift up yourself and others, always!
