I had a lot of changes in the last few months derail my initial plans of getting out timely guides for motorsports, American football, hockey, and baseball. Close to 15 minutes of an instant reaction about the medical snafu that was Tua Tagovailoa's highly severe concussion suffered against the Cincinnati Bengals. No other feelings but rage and bewilderment.

What a difference a month makes! WWE sits in a different place creatively than they did a month ago, with the Triple H era now essentially underway, I figured that it was a great time to take a look at some of the differences, from possible SummerSlam changes to the presentation for Raw and Smackdown every Monday and Friday night.

Vince McMahon retired from his post as WWE's Chairman. A certainly unexpected piece of news, and I tried to capture the early feeling as a pro wrestling fan about the situation and what we know right now. 

33 years with the Pittsburgh Pirates, a handful of NLCS, a couple no-hitters, plenty of walk-offs, and many memories made, Lanny Frattare called it all from 1976 to 2008. In an interview that I am more than grateful to have taken place, Frattare takes some time to remark on some moments from his time with the headset, some of the people that he worked with along the way, and his philosophy as a professor at Waynesburg University after his time with the Pirates finished in 2008.
