Zab Judah is a former professional boxer who competed between 1996 and 2019. He held multiple world championships in two weight classes, including the IBF and WBO junior welterweight titles between 2000 and 2004; the undisputed welterweight title in 2005, which included a reign as the lineal champion from 2005 to 2006; and the IBF junior welterweight title again in 2011. Judah's career ended in 2019 when he was hospitalized after suffering a brain bleed in a stoppage loss to Cletus Seldin.

As a boxer, Klitschko won multiple world heavyweight championships. He held the WBO title from 1999 to 2000, the Ring magazine title from 2004 to 2005, and the WBC title twice between 2004 and 2013. Overall, Vitali has defeated 15 fighters for the world heavyweight title. In 2011, Vitali and his younger brother Wladimir Klitschko entered the Guinness World Records as the pair of brothers with most world heavyweight title fight wins (30 at the time; 40 as of 2020). From 2006 until 2015, Vitali and Wladimir (also a multiple-time world champion) dominated heavyweight boxing, a period typically known as the "Klitschko Era" of the division.  

Admittedly we had some technical difficutlies in the early days, such as on this blooper, Vitali Klitschko, now a Ukrainian politician and a former professional boxer, was being showcased by Neil - he might have been intercepted by the Russians - and then we needed to improvise a bit as we suddenly lost Neil and introduce our now daily Olympic Episode and our Boxing Gloves contest. Klitschko currently serves as Mayor of Kyiv and head of the Kyiv City State Administration, having held both offices since June 2014.

After interviewing world-class trainer Sid Vanderpool and then discussing Troy Ross the show after, Neil profiles on this episode an American ring announcer or "MC" for boxing and professional wrestling matches, Michael Buffer, who is known for his trademarked catchphrase, "Let's get ready to rumble!", and for pioneering a distinctive announcing style in which he rolls certain letters and adds other inflections to a fighter's name.

Joseph Louis Barrow was an American professional boxer who competed from 1934 to 1951. Nicknamed the Brown Bomber, Louis is widely regarded as one of the greatest and most influential boxers of all time. He reigned as the world heavyweight champion from 1937 to until his temporary retirement in 1949.
