On today’s show, co-host Tom and co-host Randy talk about outdoor ice and their recent rec league exploits, including an instalment of “Gut Tuckers” aka, the game within the game, aka, dishing out some good chirps. They also make sure to have some “Tanev Time”, checking in on former Jet, Brandon Tanev and for one of our listeners, a little Sedin talk ahead of their jersey retirement. There’s also a game of Hockey Card War and a wicked song by The Zamboni’s in there for good measure! Oh, and our Local Craft Beer of the Week is Rotbier by Winnipeg Brew Werks, it’s a lovely, malty bit of red beer, make sure to track this one down.

Talkin’ Hockey is back for S2 E15!

And on this week's eppy we have a brand new segment where we throw on the lab coats and talk stats with Matt. What's the name of the new segment you ask? Well it's "Matt's Stats" you bender!

We also talk about the ongoing yet soon to be resolved situation with Buff and the Jets, we talk about Ovi chasing #99's goal record as well as Tom throw's on some pants at The Bay St. Vital and thinks about a trade that could get the Jets going with the extra cap space that they are going to have here real soon!

Talkin’ Hockey is back for S2 E14. On this week's show, the guys are taking a quick little tour around Canada to check in on the Canadian teams to see how they’re each doing. Not to humble brag or anything but the Canucks are at the top of the heap, just as the boys predicted. Of course, they also talk about “Your Winnipeg Jets!” and whether or not they can pull it together for a run at the playoffs. This will be a big week for the boys on the ice.

A couple favourite segments make their return this week, including the Wearing the Pants Segment, where the boys try to figure out the whole All-Star shenanigans, as well as the Vintage Hockey Hair Player of the Week (Neil Sheehy) and the Local Legend (Duncan Keith).
