Tuesday's episode of Boiler Up started as something fun and different. Over on Locker Room, a number of the hosts from across the Field of 68 spectrum joined to discuss what was a loaded Tuesday night slate of college hoops. But the conversation turned bigger picture, as Rapheal Davis, Shammond Williams, Jeff Goodman and Rob Dauster had a spirited and impassioned discussion about the state of college basketball and the ways that the program limits players.

Like Rapheal Davis, Chris Kramer was a quintessential Purdue player, a team-first defensive menace that did whatever it took to win, including sacrificing his own numbers. They got together this week to talk through their time in West Lafayette, the perception people had of them as players and why they played the way they did.

On today's episode of Boiler Up with Rapheal Davis, Grady Eifert joins the show to talk through his career in West Lafayette. Why did he decide to walk-on? How did he end up playing hoops in a football family? Remember the shot he hit against Ohio State? What did Carsen Edwards teach him after that shot? All that, and much more.

Purdue wins!
Jaden Ivey hits a game-winner, Ohio State takes a loss at home and Rapheal Davis is joined by Lewis Jackson to talk you through every second of that incredible win. Boiler Up!!!
Eight straight. Purdue has now won eight straight games against Indiana. Archie Miller has never beaten the Boilermakers. After Thursday night's win, Rapheal was joined by AJ Guyton from the House of Hoosier podcast to recap Purdue's win, tell stories about the rivalry and discuss what both of these teams can grow into this season.
In the first episode of Boiler Up, Rapheal Davis is joined by one of Purdue's legends: Matt Painter, a former player and the current head coach of the program. There are not many story tellers in the world that are better than Paint when he gets going, and Rapheal definitely gets him going.

Rapheal Davis played four years at Purdue, finishing up his career in the 2015-16 season. His recruiting class was the one that put Purdue back onto the path of winning, a group that launched the recent run of success. Davis has partnered with the Field of 68 to launch the Boiler Up podcast, a show that will be centered entirely around, you guessed it, the Boilermakers. We'll be featuring former players, current players, media stars and the biggest names in and around the Purdue program.
