Welcome back! My guest in this episode is Miguel Gonzales. He is a Federal Firefighter and cadre member of the San Pasqual Fire Academy. He shares his vast knowledge of the steps required to become a firefighter. Since he is an active member of a fire academy he has all of the most up to date information on the certificates and qualifications required to successfully reach you goal of becoming a full time firefighter. These lessons come from our collective experience with trauma and life, both on and off the job. Please, if you are a fireman in LACoFD, share this with everyone in your station. We need your help to get the message out. These are real concrete things that we can all start doing right now to begin to rebuild our brotherhood. The three of us are on board for the work that needs to be done, join us, we need your help.
