The situation that Brian Flores and other minority coaches go through in the NFL is any different than what minorities have to deal with in corporate America. This is A MICRO-COSOM of what we deal with on a day to day basis with discrimination in hiring practices and racism. Hopefully, incidents like this can start to spark some real change.
